The award was presented to the team at the Crowne Plaza in Liverpool by comedian and radio presenter, Ted Robbins. The award was sponsored by Liverpool John Moores University.
Wirral-based graduate Jon Dickson, from Bebington, is Creative Studio Manager at Hitch Marketing. He says: “It’s great that our creative team have been recognised for their part in the business and their role in delivering cutting edge campaigns.”
Hitch Marketing provides commercial and social marketing solutions combining research, design and innovation to deliver behaviour change projects for clients. The business is now in its fifth year with a growing client base.
Best known for their work with Alcohol Concern’s Dry January campaign, they have also rebranded the whole of Arriva’s Northern rail network and run their new ticketing website, and have also won a UK Public Sector Award with Hertfordshire County Council for their men’s health campaign #getchecked. Hitch is currently delivering projects to help people to stop smoking, reduce A&E attendance and improve life for refugees.
The panel of judges said Hitch is “an excellent growing company, creating work for great causes and supporting their staff’.
