Training provider and Wirral Business Partnership member, Progress to Excellence has taken a leap up the rankings of the Plimsoll Analysis, the UK's leading publisher of market reports and company analysis.
Within the education, training and consultancy sectors, Progress to Excellence, based at the Wirral waterfront business centre. Egerton House in Birkenhead, is now among the Top 50 in the country in terms of “value added” - going beyond standard expectations to give the business a competitive edge over other companies.
The analysis also shows year on year growth for the company that provides specialist training in the health and social care sector as well as business and management training for public and private sector organisations. In the year ended March 31, 2013, Progress to Excellence saw its total sales rise by 18.2 per cent, well above the industry average of 2.9 per cent. Its pre-tax profit margin was 18.9 per cent, compared to the industry average of 5 per cent, showing an improvement of 4.4 per cent on the previous year.
