Hi-impact media were honoured to create the Virtual Tour of the Sir David Attenborough ship, which was showcased at Cammell Laird’s ‘Ice Worlds’ event just over one week ago. At the event, the team were able to give businesses, local children and general public members a glimpse inside the ship through pre-recorded video, VR Headsets and through accessible technology.
The ‘Ice Worlds’ event, organised by Cammell Lairds, was a three-day celebration of UK Science, Engineering and Shipbuilding, opened with an official naming ceremony attended by The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Sir David Attenborough himself.
Thousands of local people attended the event and the hi-impact stand proved very popular due to the increasing thirst for knowledge surrounding this iconic Wirral built vessel.
Georgia Flynn, Head of Media at hi-impact media, was delighted to be able to create this tour “This has been a huge highlight for me in hi-impact! We felt very privileged to be given access to the ship in order to create this amazing scan so that the public could tour the finished areas. We were delighted with the finished product and overwhelmed by the interest over the three-day conference. I personally can’t wait to see the internal developments over the upcoming year!’
