Figures show increase in directors applying to strike off companies

Latest figures have shown a significant increase in Wirral-based companies applying to strike off their company since the start of the year. During the first nine weeks of 2019, 424 companies have submitted an application to dissolve their business - an average of 47 each week. This is in comparison to an average of just 23 a week witnessed during 2018.
