Tell us about your company?
I am an experienced, independent Business Coach working with SMEs of all stages, sizes and sectors in order to help them grow. This is achieved by working closely with business owners, Directors and Senior Managers to bring clarity, focus and objectivity to their knowledge, skills and experiences. My focus is on strategy, sales, business development and also helping businesses become investment-ready, where appropriate. It’s absolutely about a relationship and not ‘telling’! I deliver results by focusing on the execution, not just talking about it.
Where do you want the business to be in two years?
Growing to enable me/us to help more SMEs develop and have the type of business they want.
What is your background?
A broad business background of over 35 years in Sales, Business Development, Account Management and Strategic Planning across several sectors. I have worked for large, international organisations as well as SMEs and this has included commercialising start-up businesses, getting them to market and helping secure investment. Throughout my career I have been successful at creating and developing strong business relationships with clients and internal teams, through an honest and supportive approach.
If you could suggest one thing to Government to help business growth what would it be?
Help fund more advisory support for start-ups and small businesses because it works and we must drive the creativity and ingenuity of our people.

I love what I do and meet fantastically talented people every day, so working with them helps me develop too. Sadly, there are too many great ideas that just don’t get to market or don’t survive.. but there is always help and advice around, so use it – we all need it.
