Ian Parkinson, Parkinson Inc, Wirral Waters Master Planner speaking on behalf of Peel L & P: Ian will provide an update on progress to date on the Wirral Waters project, focusing on the construction activity programmed to start this year and next. An update on East Float projects at Northbank and Four Bridges will be followed by an update on the Urban Splash/Peel Joint Venture at Northbank. Opportunities setting out how Forum members may be best placed to tender for future projects will be outlined – for Wirral Waters, Urban Splash/Peel Joint Venture and public sector construction projects.
Simon Humphreys, Development Director, Urban Splash: Urban Splash are an award winning regeneration company. Simon will provide an overview of Urban Splash, current projects the organisation is involved with and the joint venture with Peel since contracts have been exchanged for a £55m housing venture at Wirral Waters. The deal will see Urban Splash’s modular housing system rolled out for the first time in Merseyside. The waterside residential quarter will involve erecting 347 modular homes, showcasing Urban Splash’s four modular designs – House, Mansion House, Villa and Fab House.
Keith Clements, Transaction Manager, Homes England: Homes England are the government’s housing accelerator. Keith will outline the programmes available that are focused on residential development finance for SME’s.
This event will be of particular interest to those working within the sector and supply chain.
