Construction & Property forum of 2021

As we start the New Year, Wirral Waters continues to make further progress with the recent announcement of GMI Construction as the appointed contractor for Hythe, Peel L&P’s state-of-the-art business hub at the Wirral Waters Enterprise Zone site. Construction has now started, and the office development which will be located on Tower Road Birkenhead, will be the first Grade A commercial office space to be built in Birkenhead for over a decade.

The Wirral Waters masterplan and delivery phase are well underway and the Wirral Chamber Construction & Property forum is designed to keep you updated on such developments. The forum also provides a platform to introduce appointed contractors, encourage local supply chain opportunities, support local skills and jobs.
