The world seems to be a buzz with mindfulness at the moment, the practice of directing attention to experience as it unfolds in the present moment, rather than being constantly drawn away by thoughts and anxieties about the past or the future.
Through mindfulness we can become more aware of our thoughts and feelings so that instead of being overwhelmed by them, we are better able to manage them, therefore living a more contented and stress free life in the process.
If you are interested in mindfulness and would like to learn more about the practice as well as experience first hand some of the techniques involved then be sure to attend this workshop.
This workshop will be delivered by our mindfulness practitioner Roy Owen MSC. Roy has over 10 years experience as a mindfulness practitioner and has many years experience developing and delivering mindfulness workshops in the local area.
