By working with us, you get access to our specialist teams that are highly experienced in dealing with the energy spend demands of your business.
For corporate businesses
For businesses consuming over 1,500,000 kWh of electricity or gas annually, our Corporate division will partner with you to understand your utility cost challenges and deliver customised solutions to meet the increasingly sophisticated needs of corporate energy consumers.
There are four key areas to a client’s business where we add value. These are as follows:
Buy it well
Analysing energy prices is a complex and daily task. We solve that complexity for clients by providing access to subject matter expertise that they don’t have in-house. We create and deliver bespoke procurement strategies that suit a client’s budgetary needs.
Once a client has a contract, invoicing and forecasting processes are complicated.
We simplify that complexity by making sure you are being charged the correct amount for what energy you use. We apply this expertise to integrate to a client’s accounting processes so that their finance teams can comply with their accounting obligations.
Use it better
Once they have their contracting and supplier management under control, clients need to understand how they use energy better. We can help clients to optimise their consumption patterns to avoid costs and monetise opportunities.
Collecting, analysing and visualising utilities data is a time consuming and specialist job. We help clients deliver performance improvements across their estates by presenting data in meaningful and relevant ways to target and reduce wastage. We perform a role as a client’s outsourced energy management team by acting any analysis to implement energy cost saving measures.
Make your own
To futureproof against rising energy costs and create new revenue streams or achieve sustainability goals, clients can invest into self-generation or renewable schemes.
Once clients have optimised their energy cost situation they look to structurally improve the baseline of their operations through calculated capital investment and savings based programs. We support them in making that investment decision and verifying the subsequent return on investment.
Do it right
We help clients manage their interactions with the suppliers so that they do not have to commit resources to it. Revenue recovery audits identify structural overcharging by suppliers and we make sure clients receive what refunds they are due.
The energy legislative landscape is varied and complex. We make sure clients are appraised of existing and future energy laws and regulations and help them comply with their statutory duties. We help clients obtain any cost relief by applying for environmental management schemes and achieve best practice through energy management accreditations and standards.
For SME businesses
For businesses consuming less than 200,000 kWh of electricity or gas annually, we have a dedicated SME team who are on hand to assist you in finding new electricity and gas supply contracts on the best available rates and terms.
For businesses consuming between 200,000 kWh and 1,500,000 kWh of electricity or gas annually, our specialist Mid-Market team can guide you through the process of selecting new electricity and gas supply contracts including exclusive access to our Mid-Term Review Product giving you another chance to agree your contract rates.
We assign you your own Account Manager who will speak to you over the phone to collect the necessary information from you (usually only a copy of your recent bill and a Letter of Authority). Once receive, we will approach the whole energy market and negotiate new energy deals on your behalf.
